Health Policy and Management, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health

My primary research interests are in private insurance markets. How do employers and insurers decide what to offer? What impact do those decisions have on enrollees?

My dissertation focused on employer-sponsored insurance and how labor market concentration, local changes in health care costs, and state insurance regulations impact the plans offered in these markets by employers.
